Diamond Kleen Testimonials
Pool Tek replaced the sand in the sand filter of my swimming pool recently with your product Diamond Kleen. The sand had not been replaced since the pool was built in 1995 and was in urgent need of attention as the water had become very cloudy and all cleaning measures I had taken had not worked.
At your suggestion I agreed for Pool Tek to replace the sand with Diamond Kleen and I am very glad to report that the pool water has come up crystal clear since Pool Tek completed the job.

I just wanted to let you know of an interesting experience that I had with your new Diamond Kleen product. I had just recently finished installing a sand filter which had replaced a worn out D.E Filter and I decided to vacuum the pool of which the entire bottom was covered in D.E powder. Normally I would vac this to waste as sand or other filter media would not hold the powder, and it would come streaming back into the pool via the returns.
However, I wanted to test the Diamond Kleen to see how it performed, and so I vacuumed it through normal filter operation. To my surprise, it never returned to the pool, at all! So I naturally thought it must have been in the filter. However the pressure gauge which would normally reflect a substantial amount of powder contained therein by an increase in pressure, was still on 70kps, the same as it was when it was first commissioned. So I started to think, “where has it gone?” I found out when I backwashed the filter that it was there all the time.
After having considerable amount of problems with other filter media, it is nice to find a product that is not only environmentally friendly, but that actually works, and works well.
